Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.
4. Model/Performer Rules
If you are a model or performer, you agree to:

Stream only with registered performers. Non-performers (e.g., family, pets) must not appear on camera.
Follow content guidelines: no underage content, violence, or non-consensual acts. Off-platform meetups for illegal purposes are prohibited.
Maintain a safe and professional streaming environment.
5. Payments and Transactions
Viewers: You can purchase Cherry Coins (virtual currency) for tipping, private shows, or special requests. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Review your transactions carefully.
Models: You earn a revenue share (over 80%) from shows, tips, and referrals. Payouts are processed up to 5 times a month (minimum $50) via your chosen method. See our Help Center for details.
Cherry.tv is not liable for financial losses due to user error, unauthorized access, or third-party payment processor issues.
6. Content Ownership and Use
User-Generated Content: Models retain ownership of their content but grant Cherry.tv a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload or share content that violates these Terms, including copyrighted material, illegal content, or anything that infringes on others’ rights.
DMCA Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown requests. Contact support@cherry.tv to report violations.
7. Privacy
Your use of Cherry.tv is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices.
8. Termination
